On-the-Go customers have two options for calling Mexico:

• With the $3.99 International Dialing monthly feature, you can call Mexico for only $0.09 per minute.
• With the standard International Dialing feature, you can call Mexico for only $0.49 per minute.

Domestic and international long distance charges may apply. 3. Included long distance for GSM National plans include calls to 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Included long distance for Local & Regional plans include calls to the 50 states from your Local or Regional Service Area, respectively. Standard airtime charges apply. 4. Available for calls placed or received on our network from the applicable Mobile-to-Mobile service area to or from another Cellular One of East Texas customer on our network in the applicable Mobile-to-Mobile service area. 5. Available for use in your Local Service Area. 6. Available for use in the Regional Service Area. 7. When outside of your Local Service Area, long distance rates of $0.05per minute apply to all 50 states. 8. Compatible device required. Explanation of Rates & Charges:

In addition to the terms and conditions in the Personal Service Agreement and the Cellular One of East Texas Rate Plan literature, the following terms and conditions apply. Requires new activation which is subject to credit approval; deposit may be required. Compatible device, Activation Fee and minimum one-year contract required per line. Your device has been manufactured to operate exclusively on our network and cannot be activated with any other wireless carrier. Voice usage for each call is billed in full minute increments with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute. We may terminate your service if a majority of minutes in any three consecutive monthly periods are used off the portion of our network that we own and operate. Unused monthly minutes, megabytes and text messages are lost. Different rates apply for calling card or credit card calls, international calls or operator assistance. Due to delayed reporting between carriers, usage may be billed in a subsequent month and will be charged as if used in the month billed. Not all features, service options or offers are available on all devices, on all rate plans or available for purchase or use in all areas. Call Waiting, Three-way Calling and accessing Voice Mail will incur airtime or roaming, plus applicable long distance charges. Call Forwarding usage is charged at the same rate per minute as additional airtime, plus applicable long distance charges and will not apply towards your Anytime Minutes. You will be billed for each text message sent from your device, regardless of delivery. Any termination will be effective at the end of the billing cycle in which cancellation occurs and you will be responsible for payment of all fees and costs until that time. We reserve the right to deny porting of any number to another carrier when your service is suspended. The end user's principle residence must be within our Cellular One of East Texas area. Eligibility requirements, pricing, features and calling areas are subject to change without notice. Fees: Activation - $36 per line; Reconnection - $25 per line; Late Payment Fee - 1.5% of balance; Returned Check Charge - $20.
