Here's the process for you to receive these new benefits.
- First we will send two messages to your phone containing settings that will enhance both picture messaging and internet access. These settings may require a password or pin. If prompted for a password or pin, enter 1234.
- Next, you will be prompted to accept these settings. Depending on your phone model, you should either ACCEPT, INSTALL and/ or SAVE these settings.
- Lastly, when asked to set these settings as default, select YES.
After doing so, go to your browser or web selection on your phone and check out our new Media offerings. If you need assistance with this process, please call customer care or visit a CellularOne store near you.
